毕业论文 （20_ _届） 中小企业供应链融资存在的问题及对策研究 摘 要 中小企业已经成为现代经济运行中不可缺少的重要组成部分，为国民经济的发展做出了巨大贡献。然而经统计数据分析我国中小企业所获得的融资资金支持与其在国民经济和社会发展中的地位和作用极不相称。融资困难，已经成为制约我国企业特别是中小企业发展的最大瓶颈。 供应链融资是最近几年才产生的一种新的金融产品它将资金流有效地整合到供应链管理中来，既为供应链各个环节的弱势企业提供新型贷款融资服务，同时又通过金融资本与实业经济协作，构筑银行、企业和商品供应链互利共存、持续发展、良性互动的产业生态。 首先介绍了供应链融资在国内外的发展情况通过研究国外供应链融资的案例同时结合国内几大银行的供应链融资产品以及前学者的研究成果，得出供应链融资具有融资迅速、高效，融资金额大、融资途径多等诸多特点。并列举了广东省华光钢铁有限公司融资等案例分析，发现供应链融资正面效益的同时存在企业信用机制不够完善、相关的政策法规不全、信息流通滞后等问题。从政府、银行以及企业三个角度提出政府要极力配合银行和企业提供相关的政策营造良好的融资环境；银行要有针对性的提供融资产品；企业要不断提升自己自身实力等一系列的方针政策来解决供应链融资在中小企业上出现的问题。使供应链融资能在国内市场经济中快速发展，并产生。 关键词：融资；供应链；中小企业Abstract The small and medium-sized enterprise has been an integral part of the national economy and made great contributions to it.
