Mechanical manufacturing private enterprises, especially small and medium-sized private enterprises want to gain a firm foothold, grow and has powerful manpower resource especially technical personnel is basic.
Technology to become a country and enterprise decision whether the competitive one important factor, technological innovation is the enterprise core competitive advantages of key factors, technical qualified personnel is the enterprise technology innovation of the main strength. So, for the private small and medium-sized machinery manufacturing enterprises technical brain-drain problem research with the fierce market competition and become more and more important. In this paper, using the human resources management theory, enterprises strategic management theory, organizational behavior theory were analyzed, textile machinery industry technical brain-drain problem. Purpose and meaning is to help textile machinery industry in response to the fierce market competition, the technical personnel for proper management. This paper, through studying textile machinery industry technology situation of brain drain, the cause and effect, proposes the countermeasure, emphasize to improve the management level of enterprise technology talents.
