Successful Practice of corporation show: With increasingly severe marketing competition，it becomes more and more important that interior analysis for confirming enterprise is based on analysis of macro circumstance and competitive structure of industry. Based on its core competence，each corporation must grow by its resources and capabilities. It is the key to corporation strategy training and developing core competence that makes it hold advantageous status in future competition.After added to the WTO, China gradually unloosening the pharmaceutical circulation field, it will attract many foreign poured into the Chinese huge market. While the Chinese medicine circulation companies will also facing a great challenge. In order to cope with the impact of foreign funds ，our country medicine circulation enterprises are all exploring one appropriate management pattern to run. Enterprise is survival and the development more and more rely on enhancement of the core competence.
