毕业论文 （20_ _届） 浙江省海洋渔业资源发展危机及对策研究 摘 要 浙江省是海洋大省，所产出的海洋渔业资源在人们生产生活上处在极其重要的位置。舟山，是中国最大的海水产品生产、加工、销售基地，素有“中国渔都”之美称，海鲜类菜肴更是在人们桌上屡见不鲜。2005年，舟山市海洋经济总产出超过400亿元，增长20.1%，海洋经济增加值为143亿元，占全市GDP比重的68%，成为浙江省乃至全国海洋经济比重高的城市。 舟山，这个弹丸之地，却为许多地方提供了独具特色的海鲜美食，其所在的东海渔场更是盛产许多人们钟爱的海鲜，如：带鱼，乌贼，鲳鱼等。但是从上世纪90年代开始，由于人们的保护意识不够，渔政监管也不够，渔业资源开始了全面衰退的情况。伴随着越来越先进的捕捞工具被发明制造出来，人们利用这些先进的捕鱼工具，致使单位捕捞量迅速上升，海洋渔业产量连年增长，屡创新高，很快这种捕捞方式的弊端就显现了出来，近海渔业资源开始出现严重衰竭，严重打击了舟山的海洋经济。此外，海水污染，技术进步也是海洋渔业资源衰竭的重要原因。 本文通过对浙江省渔业资源现状的研究及舟山市渔业资源现状的概括归纳，整合各个面资料，初步建立了研究框架。其次通过对海洋渔业资源研究概述，舟山海洋渔业资源发展现状，舟山海洋渔业资源面临的危机及原因，舟山海洋渔业资源可持续发展对策建议，以此来系统研究现在海洋渔业资源发展危机及对策。 关键词：海洋渔业；资源危机；应对对策；舟山市 Abstract Zhejiang province in the ocean, the production out of the production of marine fishery resources in peoples lives in an extremely important position.
