毕业论文 （20_ _届） 提高诸暨珍珠产业国际竞争力的对策研究 摘 要 珍珠是诸暨特色和支柱产业，是诸暨市四大块经济产业之一，如何在新的形势下，保持和不断提升行业的国际竞争力，不仅关系着诸暨市经济持续、健康和稳定发展的重大课题，也对我国珍珠产业的持续、稳定发展产生重要影响。本文研究诸暨珍珠产业的国际竞争力现状、地位、主要影响因素与相应对策，应具有现实意义和一定学术价值。 本文借鉴相关领域研究成果，建立理论基础和定性、定量分析框架，侧重从这两个方面分析和评价诸暨珍珠产业的国际竞争力现状，并对行业国际竞争力的地位，通过基于统计数据的指标测度和横向、有针对性的比较，形成较为直观和清晰的认识。 本文研究的定性分析以波特的“钻石模型”为基本分析框架，从环境因素、产品因素、企业因素和政府因素四个方面来分析影响诸暨珍珠产业竞争力的因素。本研究的定量分析以常用出口竞争力指标的选取和测度方法的简单描述为起点，进而代入近年相关统计数据对指标进行逐个测度，并对计算结果进行细致的分析，从而得出相关结论。 在定量和定性分析的基础上，本文提出提升诸暨珍珠产业国际竞争力的对策建议：行业合作、技术创新、树立品牌、监管调控。指出促进珍珠厂商和珠农、珍珠厂商之间以及珍珠厂商与相关行业间的合作，加强珍珠的研发技术，不断创新，创造公平竞争、规范有序的市场环境，树立强势品牌，不断提升企业核心竞争力。 关键词：Abstract As the zhuji features and pillar industries，pearl industry is one of four large economy industry in zhuji city．In the new situation，how to keep and upgrade the industry international competitiveness．Continuously not only has relation wihth the durative，well and steady development of Zhujis economy．But also is important to the durative and development of our countrys textile and pearl industry．The study of the international competitivenesss actuality．Status，main influential factors and relevant countermeasure has practical meaning and academic value． In virtue of relevant sutudy Production，this paper establishes a theory base，quantitative and qualitative analy frame which emphasized on the analysis and evaluation of Zhuji textile and pearl industrys international competitiveness，on the base of statistic indexes measurement and transverse，selective comparison，the cognition of the industrys international competitiveness is fairly intuitionistic and clear． The qualitative analysis of this paper is based on Porters diamond model from four primary factors including environmental factor，product element， enterprise factor and government factor．The qualitative analysis of this paper is begins with the selection of common indexes that are used to evaluate international competitiveness and simple description of measuring method，and then these indexes are measured step by step with re
