毕业论文 (20_ _届) 浙江中小企业开拓国际市场的策略研究 摘 要 上个世纪90 年代,中小企业在全球范围内崛起,并在各国及全球经济的发展中发挥着极其重要的作用。中小企业的发展成为各国国民经济发展的基础和重要组成部分,在全球经济一体化不断加深的今天,中小企业开拓国际市场从事国际市场的活动成为必然趋势。然而,金融危机影响了全球的消费信贷和企业融资,使全球经济发展增加了不确定性。 在金融危机背景下,中国中小企业的生存发展面临严峻的考验。一是内在压力使企业举步维艰。如融资困难加剧,用工成本上升,内需不振造成产品销售不畅。二是外在风险加剧。如全球经济发展趋缓,美元持续贬值,原油、金属矿石等原材料价格又回到高位。这些因素使中国企业在成本压力增大的同时,产品出口市场和利润空间受到挤压。 本文就从对中小企业的定义、发展概况开始,首先分析浙江中小企业的在开拓国际市场中采取的策略;其次,分析浙江中小企业的优势、劣势与差距,在此基础上,例举一些案例对采取的这些策略做了进一步的分析。最后,根据所面临的问题,结合案例,本文提出了浙江中小企业开拓国际市场的对策。 关键词:Abstract The 90s of last century, the SMEs was developing in the global, and played an important role in the development of countries and the global economy. The development of SMEs was as the basis for the national economies and an important part of national economies, the global economic integration is rise nowadays, the SMEs open up the international markets and take part in the international markets activity. However, the financial crisis affected the world of consumer credit and corporate finance, made the global economy uncertainty. In the context of the financial crisis, the survival and development of SMEs faced a severe test in China. The first, internal pressure made business very difficult. For example, financing was more difficult; the cost of labor was increasing; the domestic demand made the product sales poor etc. The second, the external risks were more serious. The global economy was slowing down; the dollar was continued depreciate; the crude oil, the prices of metal ores and other raw material were improving. These factors made the business costs addition, at the same time, export market and the profit margins were squeezed. The article was the definition of SMEs, the development overview as a start. The first, it analyzed the strategy of Zhejiang SMEs in the process of opening up international markets; the second, it analyzed the strengths, weaknesses and gaps of Zhejiang SMEs.
