毕业论文 （20_ _届） 外商直接投资对宁波产业结构的作用分析 摘 要 随着经济全球化进程的不断加快和我国加入 WTO 以后，我国吸引外商直接投资的规模呈现出进一步扩大的趋势。宁波作为我国首批沿海对外开放城市，外商直接投资在促进了宁波经济增长的同时，对宁波的产业结构也起到了很大的作用。 研究外商直接投资与宁波的产业结构之间的关系，以及如何更好地利用外商直接投资对促进宁波的产业结构趋向合理化、高效化，对增强宁波的经济实力和国际竞争力具有积极的现实意义。 本文在国际直接投资理论和产业结构理论的指导下，积极吸取国内外关于外商直接投资与产业结构关系的研究成果，首先对改革开放以来宁波产业结构与外商直接投资现状进行描述。然后着重分析外商直接投资对宁波产业结构的作用，得出引进外资在促进宁波产业结构优化的同时，在一定程度上还加大了三大产业的结构性偏差和产业内部发展的不均衡。进而利用宁波三大产业生产总值和利用外资额等数据，借鉴国内外学者的研究，通过建立面板数据模型来进行实证分析。最后，在理论和实证研究基础上，得出结论并提出建议。 关键词：外商直接投资；产业结构；实证分析 Abstract With the accelerating process of economic globalization and Chinas accession to WTO, China to attract foreign direct investment to further expand the scale of the trend . Ningbo is one of the first coastal open cities, foreign direct investment has not only promoted the growth of total economic output of Ningbo, and also played a big role in the industrial structure. Researching the connection with foreign direct investment and industrial structure and how to promote the industrial structure tend to be reasonly and efficient ,can increace the economy and international competition of Ningbo. Firstly, described the current situation of foreign direct investment and industry structure since the reform and opening up.And then analyzes the foreign direct investment on the role of the industrial structure of Ningbo, while in the promotion of the industrial structure of Ningbo.To some extent, also increased the deviation of the three major industries and industrial structural imbalances within the development.
