毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波低碳经济发展研究 摘 要 在全球气候变暖和资源环境约束的背景下，降低碳排放越来越受到国际社会的重视，成为越来越多国家的战略行动。我国在伴随着经济快速发展的同时，碳排放迅猛增加，在国际上面临巨大的温室气体减排压力。因此研究低碳经济发展的存在的问题和可以采取的措施尤为重要。本文对宁波碳排放现状和低碳经济发展过程中存在的问题进行分析，对宁波发展低碳经济提出了相关的建议。 全文分为五个部分：第一部分阐述了低碳经济概念的由来。介绍了低碳经济概念的发展和新认识；第二部分宁波市低碳经济发展现状。第三部分主要介绍了宁波市发展低碳经济过程中存在的问题。第四部分主要分析了宁波市发展低碳经济的影响因素。第五部分主要在低碳产业结构、低碳政策、低碳经济宣传等方面对宁波低碳经济发展提出了建议。 关键词：低碳经济；问题；对策Abstract Under the background of global warming and the resources environmental constraints , reduce carbon emissions paied more and more the attention by the international community,and became more and more national strategic action. With Chinas rapid economic development in the same time, the rapid increase in carbon emissions in the international face enormous pressure to cut emissions of greenhouse gases. Therefore, the presence of low-carbon economic development problems and possible measures is particularly important. In this paper, the status and low carbon emissions in Ningbo economic development problems in the process of analyzing the development of low-carbon economy of Ningbo made related recommendations.
