绩效考核体系研究
摘要
作为人力资源管理中最重要的环节之一,绩效考核在帮助企业实现目标中起着举足轻重的作用。Abstract
As the human resources management in one of most important links, the achieve- ments inspection achieves help enterprise to achieve the strategic target plays an important role. There are many methods of achievements assessment, and they suits the different types of enterprise and employees. Enterprises choose or develop their own characteristics for effective performance evaluation system for attracting and retain qualified personnel, personnel training, use of personnel and motivate employees, enhance economic efficiency and competitive position. Especially those who are in rapid growth of the business, select or develop assessment methods for your company is particularly urgent.
This article take the Shiyaodian mining industry as the enterprise background, First introduces the research background, domestic and abroad research, and research ideas, then performance appraisal system design from the basic theory. By the depth analysis of the Shiyaodian mining industry management pattern, the human resources condition, the actual operation situation and the company original achievements condition, find out the performance evaluation problems.
In view of the existing problems in the performance appraisal and compensation management,the paper use advanced theories and methods of performance appraisal and compensation management to find a better way fit its actual situation, and has designed a new performance appraisal program.After the system has brought into effect,it verified that the implementation of performance appraisal and performance pay system play all important role in the promotion of’s development.
