中国皮肤性病学杂志2001 年 9 月第 15 卷第 5 期　　Chin J Derm Venereol ,September 2001 ,Vol. 15 ,No. 5 3·19 · 56 例早期梅毒的临床分析及组织病理学检查 姜萍 ,李福秋 ,张民夫 　　[摘 　要] 　目的 　通过临床分析及组织病理检查 ,探讨早期梅毒的诊断依据。方法 　利用电镜、墨汁染色及 WF 染 色法观察病损组织液、淋巴结穿刺液及病理组织切片中的梅毒螺旋体。结果 　5 例组织液及肿大的淋巴结穿刺液涂片扫 描电镜下发现梅毒螺旋体 ,42 例肿大的淋巴结穿刺液及 19 例组织液涂片经墨汁染色等发现梅毒螺旋体。结论 　在病损 组织液、肿大的淋巴结穿刺液及病理切片中检出梅毒螺旋体可作为梅毒的重要诊断依据。 [ 关键词] 　梅毒 ;梅毒螺旋体 ( ) [ 中图分类号] 　R 759. 1 　　　[文献标识码] 　B 　　　[文章编号] 　1001 - 7089 2001 05 - 0319 - 02 Clinical Analysis and Test of Histopathology for the Primary Syphilis of 56 Cases J IAN G Ping ,L I Fuqiu ,ZHAN G Minfu Depart ment of Derm atology , Second Clinical College , Norm an Bethune U niversity of Medical Science , Changchun 130041, China Abstract : 　Objective 　To find the basis for the diagnosis of the primary syphilis with clinical analysis and test of pathology. Methods 　Observe pallida spirochaeta with electron microscope ,fluid ink and WF stain in the smears of pathological tissue fluid , lymph node puncture fluid and pathological sections. Results 　Pallida spirochaeta were found with scan electron microscope in the smears of 5 cases ,with fluid ink et al. Stain in the smears of lymph node puncture fluid of 42 cases and pathological tissue fluid of 19 cases ,with WF stain in the pathological sections of 47 cases. Conclusion 　The find of pallida spirochaeta was thought of im portant basis of diagnosis as the syphilis in the smears of pathological tissue fluid ,lymph node puncture fluid and the pathological sections.
