Sci .2008 ,36( 12) :4989 ,5013 责任编辑 孙红忠 责任校对 况玲玲 大型犬肘头皮下黏液囊炎的诊治体会 1 1 2 1 董海聚 , 刘芳 , 郭燕, 邓立新 ( 1. 河南农业大学牧医工程学院, 河南郑州450002 ;2 . 河南省济源市动物卫生监督所, 河南济源454650) 摘要 [ 目的] 介 绍大型犬肘头皮下黏液囊炎的诊治过程 。[ 方法] 对发病金毛犬进行初步诊断, 确诊为肘头皮下黏液囊炎后对其进行手 术切除。[ 结果] 发病金毛犬的肘头皮下 出现一处肿胀, 其与周 围有 明显 的分界 。B 超检查 发现肿胀 内有 大面积 液性暗 区, 外有 强回声 包膜 。在波动稍明显的部位进行穿刺, 可见有清亮黏液流 出。根据初诊结果, 确诊为肘 头皮下黏液囊炎。手术切除该肘头皮下黏液囊 后, 金毛犬经精心护理后痊愈。[ 结论] 当病情较轻时, 应尽量避免切除肘头皮下粘 液囊, 建议应破坏黏液囊并减少其黏液的过度分泌。 关键词 大型犬; 肘头皮下黏液囊炎; 诊治 中图分类号 S852 .69 文献标识码 A 文章编号 0517 - 6611(2008) 12 - 04989 - 01 Diagnosis and Treatment Experiences of Mucus Capsulitis under Elbow Scalp in Big Dog DONG Hai-j u et al ( College of Ani mal Husbandry and Veterinary ,Henan Agricultural University ,Zhengzhou ,Henan 450002) Abstract [ Obj ective] The research ai med to i ntroduce the diagnosis and treat ment process of mucus capsulitis under elbowscalp i n big dog . [ Method] The diseased golden- hair dog was preli minarily diagnosed . After the disease was confirmed as mucus capsulitis under elbowscal p , the surgical resection was carried out . [ Result] There was a part of tumidness under el bowscalp of the diseased golden- hair dog and there was an obvious divi ding line between it and its surrounding . It was found that there was a large area of liquid anechoic area in the tumidness , and there was envelope with strong echo outside though B- ultrasound examination . When the parts with slightly obvious fl uctuation were punctured , it was seen that clear mucus flowed over . According to the diagnosis results , it was confir med as mucus capsulitis under el bowscal p . After the bursa under elbowscalp was re moved , golden- hair dog was healed after careful nursing .
