中国科技论文在线 城市空间扩张的动力学模型建构# 李建伟，刘科伟 （西北大学城市与环境学院，西安710127） 5 摘要：城市空间扩张表现为“跨越式”的新区开发和“挖填改造式”的旧城改造两种基本方式， 而新区开发与旧城改造间的资源恶性竞争是制约城市空间结构发展的一个重要方面，直接影 响城市综合竞争力的提升。本文通过建立城市资源竞争模型，引入竞争力指数建立了城市空 间扩张的动力学模型。该模型能够系统地动态地描述社会、经济、环境等因素对城市空间扩 10 张的影响和要求，探寻城市建设开发过程中的基本规律，促进城市资源合理配置，为城市空 间结构调整，特别是梳理新区开发与旧城改建的关系提供辅助决策支持。 关键词：城乡规划学；城市空间扩张；动力学模型；新区开发；旧城改建 中图分类号：TU984.2; K901.8 15 Research on the dynamic model for urban spatical expansion LI Jianwei, LIU Kewei (College of Urban and Environmental Science, Northwest University, Xian 710127) Abstract : Urban spatial expansion is divided to two aspects: new urban district and urban 20 redevelopment. However, vicious resources competition between new urban districe and urban redevelopment is an important aspect to restrict urban spatial structure development and to impact on the enhancement of the urban comprehensive competitiveness. So, urban spatial expansion model is established on the basis of the urban resource competition and the competitiveness index. The model could describe the influence and request of factors of the society, economy and environment to the 25 urban spatial expansion by using the quantitative and the dynamic methods. The model also could explore the basic law in the urban development process, promote the rational allocation of resources, and provide decision support to urban spatial structure adjustment, especially the relationship between new urban district and urban redevelopment.
