The general approach of construction of hazard-installation surveillance and emergency system for Expo based on Shanghai disaster reduction comprehensive information system is introduced. Through hazard-installation surveillance, data transportation by satellites, real-time information analysis and estimation, emergency plan, the system is analyzed. The system with the ability of multi-source information acquisition and quick emergency response, is able to survey the Expo venues and hazard installations in circumja cent regions thereof real-timely.
