定边采油厂樊二联合站安全评价研究 摘 要：安全评价是进一步消除工程建设、设备及其工艺流程安全隐患的最行之有效的方法。不仅可以对安全生产进行监督管理，还能有效地预防事故发生，减少财产损失人员伤亡和伤害Safety Evaluation for The DingBian FanEr Union Station Abstract:Safety assessment is the most effective method to eliminate the safe hidden trouble in engineering construction, equipment and their process flow .It can not only supervise the safety production ,but also prevent accidents,reduce damage of property, casualties and damages effectively.It helps to improve the business operation companies safety management level and economic benefits. This paper is based on the DingBian FanEr Union Station to do the safety assessment.By analysing the Union Stations process flow and their equipments,do the dangerous factor identification,find FanEr Union Station dangerous factor exists in oil and gas gathering transportation process .Then according to the system function and regional difference Union station to divide the evaluation units and choose the appropriate method to analyse. Through the analysis,a conclusion comes out, finally, according to the evaluation results to formulate relevant safety counter measures. To follow the principle of safety evaluation, accord the safety evaluation program in strict,use the scientific technology and methods,we finished the safety evaluation work.we make the scientific theory change into technical guidance, and realize its economic value.
