江 西 理 工 大 学 南 昌 校 区 毕 业 设 计（论文） 题 目：怠速控制系统维护及故障排除的研究 系（院） ：机电工程系 专 业：汽车检测与维修 班 级：09汽车 学 生：何君义 学 号指导教师：晁云 职称： 摘 要 本文简要介绍了怠速控制系统的工作原理及控制类型，以及怠速控制系统的控制方式，结合现有车型的实际情况，对旁通空气式怠速控制装置作了详细介绍。通过了解和掌握怠速控制系统的原理、方式及与其它工况的关联性，从而总结出对于怠速控制系统的故障的正确分析方法与简捷有序的检测手段。 在此基础上对常见的怠速控制系统的故障作了五种分类: 无怠速故障分析与检测、怠速过高的故障分析与检测、怠速游车故障分析与检测、怠速工况有负荷不提速故障分析与检测、怠速转速过低故障分析与检测。对每种故障类型通过工作中的实际案例加以分析，结合怠速控制系统的工作原理，对每类故障进行故障总结，针对怠速控制系统故障复杂性提出了自己对于怠速系统故障处理与解决方案。 关键词：怠速控制系统；控制方式；常见故障诊断方法；常见故障维修案例。 ABSTRACT This paper briefly introduces the idle control systems principle of work and the type of control, as well as idle speed control system, combined with the existing models of the actual situation, the bypass air idle speed control device in detail. By understanding and mastering the idle control system principle, way and other conditions of the association, which summed up the idle control system fault correct analysis method and simple and orderly means of detection. On the basis of the common speed control system fault for five kinds of classification: no idling fault analysis and detection, high speed fault analysis and detection, idle amusement vehicle fault analysis and detection, the idle condition load is carried fast fault analysis and detection, fault analysis and detecting the idle speed is too low. For each type of fault through the work of the actual case to analysis, combined with the idle control system principle of work, to each kind of fault failure, idle speed control system for fault complexity presents itself for the idle system troubleshooting and solutions.
