生物反应器物料真空吸移机 摘要: 本文设计的是一种用于酿造制曲过程中的曲料真空吸移的机械，这是一种全自动真空吸移机，它主要由机架，变速机构，真空吸管，输送机构，齿轮齿条机构，导轮导轨组件，电机，蜗轮减速机，滚子链传动组件及一些护罩盖板构成。 生物反应器的作用是为细胞代谢提供一个优化的物理及化学环境，使细胞能更快更好地生长，得到更多需要的生物量或代谢产物。而真空吸移机正起到了这些作用，它为菌种的转移提供了科学的方式，从而保护了曲菌，同时用机器代替了手工移曲的大强度且困难的工作，提高了工作效率，且保证了卫生生产。 关键词：真空吸曲，变速机构，链轮传动，带传动 Abstract：In his thesis,I design a kind of vacuum transfer machine that can suck and move the sauces seed culture .This is an automatic machine witch mainly consists of frame, transmission organizations, vacuum suction, conveyor, rack and pinion institutions, guide pulley guide rail components, motors, worm gear
