摘 要 拧瓶机是自动拧瓶生产线的主要设备之一，它是封口机的一种，广泛用于玻璃瓶或PET瓶的螺纹盖封口。由于螺纹盖具有封口快捷、开启方便及开启后瓶又可重新旋上瓶盖等优点，所以一些不含气的液料，诸如饮料、酒类、调味料等类似瓶包装的封口中大量采用螺纹盖封口。 为了适应现代包装机高速、高效和高可靠性生产的需要，在广泛吸收国内外先进机型的基础上，本课题设计了全自动拧瓶机。它靠异步电动机带动传送带实现瓶子的输入和输出，中间在传送带上部巧妙地安置了转盘，给旋盖工作带来很大的便利，也大大提高了效率，旋盖装置更是此次设计的关键部件，靠电机带动空心轴以及其以上的机构旋转，同时上部的圆柱凸轮实现旋盖头的升降，旋盖头运用机械式的方法，夹头的另一头联接弹簧，运用杠杆原理实现瓶盖的夹紧。当旋盖头夹紧瓶盖时，上方的电动机启动开始旋盖。本课题的设计不但结构简单明了操作方便，而且实现了从进瓶到出瓶的全部自动化，具有速度可调、定位准确、旋盖可靠、运行平稳、无噪音和不伤瓶盖等优点，克服了传统机构的缺点,总体上达到了我们预期设计的目标。 关键词：拧瓶机；旋盖头；机械式；杠杆 Abstract Capping machine is one of the main equipment of the automatic filling production line, which is a kind of sealing machine, and widely used in glass or PET bottles sealed with screw cap. Screw cap with sealing the fast, is easy to open and can be re-opened after the bottle screw cap on the bottle, etc. so some non-gas liquid material, such as beverages, wine, seasonings and the like in a large number of the sealed bottles with screw cover seal. In order to adapt to the production needs of the modern high-speed packaging machine, high efficiency and high reliability, extensively absorbing on the basis of the advanced models, the project designs the automatic screwing machine.It is belt driven by induction motors to achieve input and output of the bottle, the upper middle of the conveyor belt turntable cleverly placed, the cap has caused great convenience, but also greatly improve efficiency, capping device is the key to the design parts, rely on motor driven hollow shaft and the institutions rotation, while the upper part of the cylindrical cam lifting of capping head.the method of the capping heads is mechanical.The other end of the chuck coupling spring.It uses the lever principle implementation clamping bottle caps.When the the capping head clamping cap , the top of the motor start start capping.Not only the structure is simple, easy to operate, but also the design and implementation of the project from the bottle into the bottle to the full automation, with adjustable speed
