摘要在冬天天冷时，由于标号高的柴油容易析蜡，这样导致用油时不能及时出油或往油库注油时不能注及时注入，针对这种情况，研发、设计燃油低烧系统。该系统解决了油库冬天使用0#柴油时不能及时出油或往油库注油时不能注及时注入的情况。燃油低烧系统采用二级板换进行加热。油库循环加热控制系统由板换器、变频水泵、电磁阀、温度传感器、压力传感器、液位传感器等组成，通过PLC工业控制器，采集并储存输油管网压力、温度、液位等数据，实现对整个输油管网系统的加热控制。安装了西门子S7-200作为控制器，编程工具软件STEP7和力控组态软件，为了实现上位监控，在上位安装了工控机，实现对整个加热系统的控制。该系采用模块化结构，灵活的工业组态，便于维护、扩充和升级。在维护、扩充和升级过程中，还可以不影响油库正常的上油和出油等操作，这样以来就要求设计的系统有备用设施，例如：油泵就应该采用两个油泵同时串入管道回路之中，当有一个需要维护时，可以在不影响油库正常供油、上油的情况下进行维护。关键词：油库、西门子S7-200、STEP7、力控组态AbstractIn the winter the weather is cold,because the marking high diesel oil is easy to analyze the wax that leaing to the oil can not be flew out promptly when oil used or poursed into promptly when oil injectioned toward fuel depot. As for this Phenomenon,fuel oil low fever system is designed.The system sloved the problem that 0# diesel oil can not be flew out or poursed into promptly while used in winter. The fuel oil low fever system is heated by the second-level board trades.The fuel depot hydronic heating control system is Compositioned by the board trades,frequency conversion water pump,solenoid valve, temperature sensor,pressure sensor and fluid position sensor. Through PLC industry controller,it gathers and stores up the data of flow circuit such as press, temperature and fluid position and realizes the control of the entire flow circuit system. The system installed Simens S7-200 to take the controller, Programming tool software STEP7 and the strength control the configuration software. In order to realize the superior monitoring, the labor is installed in the superior to control machine,thus realizing the contol of the entire heating system.The modular structure and the nimble industry configuration are advantageous for the maintenance, the expansion and the promotion to the system.
