摘 要 非接触式IC射频智能卡在金融，经济等社会领域中起着重要的作用，本文着重研究了基于单片机的无线智能IC射频卡应用于考勤机的设计方法。该系统以Atmel公司生产的AT89C52为微处理器，通过以IC射频卡考勤系统的设计为具体研究方法，讨论了应用系统中硬件开发和软件系统的设计。 本论文首先对非接触式IC卡进行了概述，紧接着重点介绍了Philips公司的MIFARE技术，对MIFARE卡片和MIFARE非接触式IC卡的读写组件MCM200进行了全面的阐述；在此基础上，论文详细地阐述了非接触式IC卡读卡器的硬件和软件设计，给出了各部分的实际电路图。本文的硬件设计包括电源供应电路、LCD状态显示电路、蜂鸣器驱动电路、RS232通信电路、MCU的连接、MCM200接口电路和读卡器天线，时钟电路，时钟监控电路等几部分的设计。软件设计分为对MCM200的应用程序的设计、对读卡器其他电路的应用程序设计和主程序设计三个部分，相应部分都给出了具体程序或程序流程图，并对部分程序进行了详细的说明。 关键词：IC智能卡，射频，读写器设备，LCD，AT89C5Abstract Wireless IC smart card is playing important role in society field such as finance and economy. This article plays more attention in the design method about the wireless IC smart card reader and writer system. The system takes the AT89C52 as microprocessor supplied by Atmel to design the Door Access System，by the method of designing，to research hard ware and the software of the appliane. Additionally，to an analyses the influence on the Wireless IC smart card reader and write system exerted by hardware circumstane，and to disuss the reliability of the antenna design . At first this paper generally introduces the contact less IC card, including its feature type、international standard、key technology、typical usage and developing tren. Then it introduces the RFID technology, from which the contact less IC card technology derived, and gives the compare of logic technology and MIFARE technology which are the representative technologies of contact less IC card technology at present. After that the MIFARE technology developed by PHILIPS Semiconductors is introduced in detail. The paper give emphasis to the introduction of MIFARE contract less IC card and the reader component, MCM 200. Based on these, the paper discusses the design of the contract less IC card reader in detail, including the circuit design and software design. The reader’s circuit is made up of power supply circuit、LCD circuit、buzzer drive circuit、RS232 communication circuitMCM200 interface circuit and antenna。The soft ware design
