本科毕业设计论文 题目 :有轨堆 垛机整体及行走机构设计 院 专 班 学 学 (系): 业: 级: 生: 号: 机电工程学院 机械设计制造及其自动化 050213 李飞飞 050213107 指导教师: 田太明 2009 年 06 月 摘要 有轨堆垛机整体及 行走机构的设计 摘要 本文详 细介绍了 有轨堆 垛机的 整体结 构设计 理论和堆 垛机行 走机 构的 设计 ,其中重点放在了行走机构的设计上,在进行行走机构的设计时,主要 是 通过 对行走机 构的传 动方案 的选取, 由运 行阻力所 决定的 行走电 机的选 取,由速 比决定 的减速 器的选 取,以及制动装置制动器的选取和克服冲击的 缓冲 器等主 要部件 的选取 ,来进 行设计 的。在根 据设计 要求对 各部件 初步选 型后 ,都进行了校核,保证了选择的合理性。在本文最后部分,对该 堆垛机 的稳 定性进 行了较 为详细 的讨论 ,保证 了堆垛 机工作 时运行 的平稳 性。 本次 设计的 有轨堆 垛机性 能良好 、动作 灵活、操作方便、故障率低、维 护简 单方便 ,满足 了生产 的需要 。 关键词:有轨 堆垛机 ,机械 ,行走 机构, 稳定性 I 衣之舞 http:// 摘要 The Desiign of the Overall structure and walking mechaniism of a Stacker Crane Absttractt This paper describes in detail the design of the overall stru cture theory and walking mechanism of a stacker crane, in my design work I focus on the design of walk ing mechanism, when the design begins, I first select the transmission of the walking mechanism, second I select the motor by the running resistance of the walking system. Once the motor was selected, the speed ratio between the mo tor and the running wheels is definite. And we can select the red ucer by the speed ratio. Other components such as brakes which is used to break when necessary can be selected by any requests of the system, so is the buffers ,and so onIn accordance with Design requirements, the initial selected components must be co ndu cted a check to ensure the rationality of choice. In the last part of this pap er, the stability of the cran e is carried out in more detail discussion to ensure the stacker crane’s working stability. The design of the cran e rail works out in goo d condition, action and flexible, convenient operation, low failure rate, maintenance ,simple and co nvenient to meet the produ ction needs.
