摘 要 如今，我国多数污水处理控制系统自动化水平低、安全性不高、管理不当，效率明显低于世界标准。污水处理系统中的曝气过程控制、数据通讯和监控管理这些问题是急需要解决的。中国污水处理自控系统比较落后，污水处理成本高，污水厂排放处理过的污水水质不稳定，所以如何建立良好有效的自控系统，提高运行效果，降低运行费用，具有非常重要的意义。 本文介绍了工厂污水处理的基本工艺流程，并进行研究设计一种基于PLC控制的污水处理方案。文章最先描述了基于PLC污水处理控制系统的相关工艺及流程，控制系统硬件结构及设计、工作原理以及设计PLC控制系统的基本原则和步骤，从而说明PLC在污水处理过程中的应用。然后依据污水处理要求设计设备的电器控制与自动控制线路，主要包括设备的启停、状态故障信号和信号的采集等，最后按照工艺要求设计PLC控制系统，其中包括PLC的选型、系统资源配置和根据污水处理工艺编制PLC程序。 关键词：污水处理；PLC；工艺流程 3 Abstract Today, the majority of our sewage treatment control system low level of automation, security is not high, mismanagement, the efficiency lower than the standard markedly. Sewage disposal system in the aeration process control, data communications and monitoring and management of these problems are urgently needed to be addressed. Sewage treatment automatic control system in China is relatively backward, the high cost of sewage treatment, wastewater treatment plant discharge treated effluent quality is not stable, so how to create a good and effective automatic control system, improve operating results, lower operating costs, has a very important significance. This article describes the basic process of the plant sewage treatment and research to design a wastewater treatment program based on PLC control. The article first described the sewage treatment control system based on PLC technology and processes, the basic principles and steps of the control system hardware architecture and design, working principle and design of PLC control system, which can show that the application of PLC in the sewage treatment process. Requirements of the Sewage design electrical control equipment and automatic control circuit, including the start and stop, the status fault signal and signal acquisition, the final design of PLC control system in accordance with the process requirements, including the PLC selection, system resource allocation PLC program and the preparation of the sewage treatment process.
