摘 要 车辆无处停放的问题是城市的社会、经济、交通发展到一定程度产生的结果，立体停车设备的发展在国外，尤其在日本已有近30~40年的历史，无论在技术上还是在经验上均已获得了成功。我国也于90年代初开始研究开发机械立体停车设备，距今已有十年的历程。由于很多新建小区内住户与车位的配比为1:1，为了解决停车位占地面积与住户商用面积的矛盾，立体机械停车设备以其平均单车占地面积小的独特特性，已被广大用户接受。 立体车库是专门实现各种车辆的自动停放及科学寄存的仓储设施。本文在对国内外车库现状及发展趋势做了充分调研的基础上，选择三层三列式车库结构为研究模型。升降横移式立体车库就其组成部分而言，可分为三大部分：车库结构部分、传动机构部分和控制系统部分。在对升降横移式立体车库控制系统的设计中，采用了先进的PLC控制，运用欧姆龙公司的编程软件编制了升降横移式立体车库控制系统的程序。为了使停车设备满足使用要求，根据国家关于机械式停车设备通用安全要求的标准、升降横移式立体车库的实际，在升降横移式立体车库中使用了一些必要的安全技术，这样保证了车辆的绝对安全，使得整个车库可以安全平稳的运行。 关键词：立体车库，升降横移，PLC Abstract Vehicle parking problem is nowhere to urban social, economic and transport development to a certain extent the result of, the development of parking facilities in foreign countries, especially in Japan, nearly 30 to 40-year history, both technically and in experience on have been successful.
