PAGE 1 PAGE 7 基于GIS的莆田市城市灾害评估与管理研究 摘要：随着城市的发展，城市化已经成为当今时代的主题，这也进一步造成了城市灾害越来越严重。具有关报道显示，在我国，城市灾害所带来的损失占所有灾害损失的70%以上，因此对城市灾害进行风险评估已经相当必要了。本文通过借鉴目前国内外城市灾害风险评估的成果，构建了城市灾害综合风险评估指标体系，以莆田市为例，计算出莆田市各区县灾害综合风险指数。结果表明：随之城市的发展，莆田市灾害综合风险值也在不断增大。 关键词：综合风险；城市灾害；莆田市；指标体系 Abstract: With the development of the city, Urbanization has become the themes of our era, This also further resulted in the city disaster is more and more serious.
