摘 要 辊式破碎机广泛应用于水泥业和采矿业,由于其效率高,能耗小,处理量大等优点受到一致好评,辊式破碎机技术还在不断完善,各方面的性能还在不断优化,应用前景还是非常广阔的。我完成的设计内容主要是辊式破碎机主机的设计,包括了机架,辊子,轴承的设计和强度校核,还有一些主要参数的确定。主机设计的主要目的是将液压系统和传动系统组合成一个整体,使辊式破碎机能正常工作。辊子的设计和轴承的选择在主机设计中是非常重要的,整个破碎机主要的工作装置就是两个辊子,通过两个辊子的反向转动将从进料口进来的物料压碎。轴承则是主要的承载装置,承受着巨大的静载荷和冲击载荷,这两个零件关系着整部机器的运转。在确定出主要参数后,我就从辊子的设计入手,然后是轴承的选择和机架的设计和校核。经过各种校核计算证明了我的设计是可行的,辊子,轴承,机架都能满足已给定的要求。设计中还有一些对给料装置和润滑,冷却系统的简要说明。我的设计只是自己的一些想法,没有经过实践的验证,肯定会有很多不成熟的地方,这就有待我在今后的工作中积累经验,使自己的设计思想越来越成熟。 关键词:辊子,轴承,机架,主机设计 Abstract The rolls crusher is extensively applied in the cement industry and the opencast industry, because its efficiency is high, can consume small, the processing has great capacity to wait the advantage to be subjected to the consistent good opinion,and the rolls crusher technique return at continuously perfect, the function of everyones noodles return at continuously excellent turn, apply the foreground still very vast of。The design contents that I complete mainly is the design of the rolls crusher host, including the design and the strength checking of the frame, the rolls and the bearings, having some the assurance of the main parameter。 The host design of the main purpose is to press liquid system and spread to move the system to constitute a whole, make the normal work of the broken up function of the rolls crusher。 The design of the rolls and the choice of the bearings are count for much in host design, the main work device of whole crusher is two rolls, across the two rolls reversely to running will crush the material which come in from feed port 。 Bearings then the main loading equip, bearing to hugely calm down to carry the lotus and impact to carry the lotus, these two spare partses relate to the operation of whole machine。 After the certain main parameter, I commence from the design of the rolls, then is the choice of the bearings and the design and the checking of the machine。My design is proved to is viable by various checking and counting, the rolls, bearings and frame can
