喷涂机漆料回收结构装置设计说明书.doc

摘要 这次毕业设计的目的是对喷涂室中排出的油漆混合气体进行处理，油漆是一种有毒的化学物质，在喷涂过程中，很大一部分漆雾不能附着在工件上，而这部分油漆，呈雾状混合在喷涂室的空气中，直接排放到空气中对操作工人的身体危害很大，而且也非常污染环境。 本设计油漆捕集由两部分组成：主捕集箱和副捕集箱。主捕集箱内安装有气流导向用的螺旋片，副捕集箱内装有三套复合式折流挡板，在副捕集箱尾部的过滤棉保持架内可安放过滤棉。混合漆雾从主捕集箱的进气口进入主箱后，顺着螺旋片沿外壁旋转，由于主捕集箱体为锥形，油漆将最大限度的被甩向侧壁，并沿壁流入主回收容器。一次处理过的混合气体将从螺旋片底部管道向上导入副捕集箱中。在副捕集箱内，与多块复合折流板发生折流效应，油漆将在复合挡板上析出，并顺壁流入箱底。经二次处理后的混合气体内还含有少量的油漆通过副捕集箱尾部的过滤棉后几乎可以去除。 关键词：漆雾 回收利用 Abstract The purpose of the graduation design is to deal with the paint mixing gas expel from spraying room .The paint is a toxic chemicals,but in spray process ,a large part of the paint cant be used fully,and this part of the paint is mixing in the gas ..If this mixed gas direct emissions into the air will be very harmful to the operate workers and its a serious pollution to the environment. The design of painting collection is composed of two parts: the main collecting box and an auxiliary collecting box. The main collection box is installed with a flow guiding with the spiral sheet, deputy collector box is provided with three sets of composite type baffle plate, in the collection box tail cotton filter holder can be placed filtering cotton. Mixed paint mist from the main collection box inlet into the main tank, along the spiral sheet along the outer wall rotation, because the main collecting box is conical, the paint will maximize is thrown to the side walls, and along the wall flow in the recovery container. Before the gas mixture to be from the spiral piece bottom pipe upwards into the Deputy collector box. In the collecting box, and a plurality of compound baffle baffle effect occurs, paint in composite baffle on precipitation, and along the wall into the bottom. After two times of treatment in the mixed gas containing a small quantity of paint through the Deputy collector box end of the filtering cotton almost can be removed.
