Abstract
The present study presents a detailed report of the project implemented to solve the problems that most of my students do not like the listening practice I assign them to do in class. It is hypothesized that learners’ level in listening practice in class will be greatly increased by a better organization in this respect. This hypothesis is verified by an eight-week practice of well-organized listening woke activities. Methodologically, four methods are used: analytic method, cause analysis, questionnaire survey and brainstorming activation.
