核桃破壳机械研究现状的分析研究 摘要：核桃破壳机的具体任务是寻找适当的、特别是保证破壳质量的破壳工艺方法，研究实现这一工艺方法所要求的机器。本文着重介绍国内几种典型的核桃破壳机具的结构特点与工作原理，并对分析其现状与存在问题，探讨改进方法: ①果径不同的核桃，破壳时所需要的压缩变形量也不相同，因此破壳前需要对核桃进行分级；② 如果核桃在挤压时能够实现滚动，就更有利于壳上裂纹的扩展和壳的破裂，更易于破出半仁或整仁。因此在破壳时应尽量实现核桃的滚动。要想实现核桃破裂时的滚动，就必须在破壳前对核桃进行导向。核桃分级和导向的累积误差，会在很大程度上降低核桃出仁率。由此可见要想提高破壳效果就需要提高核桃分级后的均匀度和导向率，即总体上提高核桃破壳机的破壳精度。 核桃的品种、结构各不一样，在进行一些核桃破壳机的研究之后会发现有很多种不同的方法，有的方法虽然很好，但是还是存在一些缺点，可以再次基础上加以改进，并且参照这些设计自己也会有一个方向，沿着这个方向设计一个核桃破壳机。 关键词：核桃；破壳机械；现状；改进方法 Abstract: The specific tasks of walnut sheller is to find appropriate.Especially the shell breaking process quality, research.This paper introduce structural characteristic and work principle of some typical nut-shellers made by China, analyse study current situation and questions existed, then discusses about the improving methods of the machine.
