ResearchofIntermediatePressureCommonRailElectronicControl SystemforFuelContainingDissolvedGasandControllablePre-mixing ElectronicControlsystemforDNLEFuel Abstract InordertomeetthedemandsofChinaCleanAirActonautomotive dieselengineexhaustemissions,anelectroniccontrolsystem for common-railfuelinjectionpump(CRFIP)ofautomotivedirectinjection dieselenginewasdevelopedinaccordancewiththetechnicallevelof Chinadieselindustry.Andthecontrollablepre-mixingelectroniccontrol systemforDME fuelwasalsodeveloped,whichisfinanciallysupported bytheNationalNaturalScienceFoundation.Inthisdissertation,the layoutofelectroniccontrolsystem,developmentofsoftwareinelectronic controlunit(ECU),benchtestofelectroniccontrolsystem,and calibrationofthefuelinjectionquantiytandtimingmapsarepresented. Developmentfeatures,trendsofdieselengineelectroniccontrol techniqueabroadandathomeweresummarized.Differentkindsoffuel injectionelectroniccontrolsystemsabroadwerepresentedinthe dissertation. TheHEUImakespossibletocontrolthefuelinjectiontimingand injectionrate.Thepurposeoftheelectroniccontrolsystemistoimprove theperformanceofdieselenginebyreal-timecontrollingthepositionof pumpcontrolracktooptimizefuelinjectionquantityandtimingaswell asinjectionrateaccordingtoengineoperatingconditions. Inthisdissertation,theECUwasdevelopedfortheControllable Pre-mixingElectronicSystem.Benchtestofelectronicsystemhasproved theavailabiliytandapplicabiliytofthesystem. Thehardwareofelectroniccontrolsystemincludesfollowingmajor components:sensors,inputcircuits,electroniccontrolunit,outputcircuits, actuators. Thesoftwareofthesystemwasdesignedonthebasisofreal-timeand modularprinciplecharacterizinggoodflexibiliyt,transplantconvenience andextendingpossibiliyt.Thedevelopedsoftwareperformsinputsignal sample,engineoperatingconditionscontrolandoutputcontrol.The softwareshouldmeetthereal-timecontrolrequirementofengine operation,feedb
