临床医学论文-“蛙式”位石膏固定治疗小儿发育性髋关节脱位24例 【摘要】? 目的观察“蛙式”位石膏固定治疗小儿发育性髋关节脱位的疗效。方法24例小儿发育性髋关节脱位患儿均采用闭合复位“蛙式”位石膏固定治疗。结果经1～2年随访,优良率87.5 %。结论 “蛙式”位石膏固定治疗小儿发育性髋关节脱位可以使脱位的关节良好复位，且不容易发生再移位。 【关键词】? 发育性髋脱位；“蛙式”位石膏固定；小儿 　　Treatment of developmental dislocation of hip joint of 24 cases by external fixation with frog gypsum 牋?Abstract: Objective牋 To observe the effects of the external fixation with frog gypsum for the treatment of developmental dislocation of hip(DDH). Methods?24 cases of DDH in children were treated by external fixation of frog gypsum. Results?All cases were observed and followed up for 1 to 2 y
