ABSTRACT Socialskillisanimportantcomponentofindividualssocial capability,andsocialskilltrainingistoenhanceill-socialskill individualssocialadaptnessbygraspingtheknowledgeandskills,which isnecessaryforonessocialintercourse. Theliteratureofsocialskilltrainingindicatethatemotionshortage isamainreasontoonesill-socialskill.So,wechooseanemotional socialskilltrainingmodeltotrainchildrenbetween3and5yearsofage, andwishthistrainingcanchangetheconditionofpresentsocialskill trainingwhichisnothaslong-timeeffect;wealsowishitcanprovides someusefuldatumforkindergartenslessonandteachingreform. Socialskillsemotionaltrainingmodelisbasedonmental-cognition theoryandborrowedthetheoryconstructionofsocialskillmolecular model,emphasisontheemotionalsuperviseandcontrolprocessofsocial skill,takeemotionalcognitionasitscentralelementinordertotrain individualssocialskillformthreeaspects,whichareemotionexpress, emotionsensitivityandemotioncontrol. OurstudyisappliedinZhuZhoucity-kindergarten.wechoosetwo classesofeveryagelevel(3-year-olds,4-year-oldsand5-year-olds)as experimentalgroupandcontrolgroup.Theexperimentalgroupreceived4 monthsemotionalmodelssocialskilltrainingandthecontrolgroupgot thenormalschoolingsteaching.WeuseSocialSkillInventoryfor PreschoolChildrenwhichisrevisedonthegroundsofsocialskills molecularmodeltoevaluatetheeffects.Theresultsofthisstudyindicate: 1.Emotionaltrainingmodelofsocialskillcanenhancechildrens socialskillmarkedly,buttheverbalsocialskillstrainingeffectis relativelymorestrikingthanemotionalsocialskill. 2.Thereisagedifferenceintheeffectofsocialskilltraining,but childrensgenderisnotanimportantfactorwhichmayaffectthe trainingseffects.Thebesteffectofchildrenssocialskilltrainingmay comeoutwith4-year-olds. 3.Thereisaconstructionunbalancephenomenoninchildrens socialskilldevelopment.Thatis,childrensemotionalsocialskillismuch morelowerthantheirverbalsocialskill.andourtrainingcannotsolve thisproblem
