摘 要 当今，随着世界经济的迅猛发展与人民的生活水平的普遍提高，汽车也越来越多的进入了普通家庭，因此带动了汽车工业的发展。而汽车业要实现高效率生产，模具是一个重要环节。用注塑模具来生产汽车饰品，不仅外表美观，而且经济实用，成本低。因此,注塑模设计的优劣与整个汽车工业的发展有着密切的联系。而UG软件在模具设计中对模具设计方案进行分析和模拟来代替实际的试模，预测设计中潜在的干涉与缺陷等问题。 本设计中，论述了HFJ6371型车侧围装饰板卡扣的注射模设计过程，同时也论述了应用UG软件进行三维实体建模，并对其进行可行性分析和工艺性分析，然后利用软件设计出浇注系统和各种成型零件，最后根据成型特点和生产要求生成标准模架的整个过程。在设计中，由于零件结构尺寸较小，要保证零件质量，需采用一模多（八）腔结构。且应用点浇口结构，以便有利于成型。 关键词：塑料注塑模；装饰板卡扣；UG；点浇口 全套CAD图纸，加648328618 Abstract Today, with the rapid development of world economy and generally improve the living standards of people, cars are more and more into the average family, so bring the automobile industry.
