江西理工大学 应用科学学院 毕业设计论文 题 目： 人事管理系统 作 者： 熊璐 学 号： 14 系 别： 信息工程系 专 业： 信息与计算科学 指导老师： 康岚兰 评阅老师： 2009 年 5 月 人事管理系统 摘要 计算机已经在各行各业中发挥着越来越重要的作用，无论是个人还是企业都对计算机应用提出了更高的要求。以数据库和网络技术为核心的各种企业管理信息系统的应用极大地推进了各种企业的发展，提高了企业的管理水平。 该系统采用可视化开发工具Visual Basic 6.0为开发工具，以SQL Server2000为后台数据库并结合某企业的具体需求，充分考虑中小型企业在其管理过程中的通用性需求，设计和实现了一套具有一定通用性和可扩展性的企业管理信息系统，实现了工资管理、员工考勤管理、员工信息管理、工作考核管理、系统管理、职能设置等六个功能模块。该系统具有操作简单、实用性强、界面友好、扩充性良好等优点，提高了该类用户的管理效率，并能为该类用户及时的提供数据分析，以便用户能够快速的做出正确的决策。并对开发同类系统具有一定的参考价值。 关键词:人事管理系统; 数据库; SQL Server2000; Visual Basic 6.0 Personnel Management System Abstract Computer Science becomes more and more important in modern society,whatever for personal application or enterprise application.Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)system based on Database and Network can significantly improve business process and enterprise management. The system uses visual development tools for Visual Basic 6.0 development tools to SQL Server2000 database for background and combined with the specific needs of an enterprise to fully consider the management of small and medium-sized enterprises in the course of their common needs, design and realization of a set of has a certain generality and scalability of enterprise management information systems, to achieve a salary management, employee attendance management, employee information management, performance evaluation management, system management, the functions of six functional modules settings. The system is simple, practical, user-friendly, the advantages of good scalability, improved efficiency in the management of such users and such users for the provision of timely data analysis, so that users can quickly make the right decision-making .
