需全套CAD或三维图 联系QQ 695132052 摘 要 本设计新井为鸡西矿业集团东山煤矿2.4Mt/a的新井设计。共有5层设计可采煤层。分别是6#A、6#B、23#、34#和45# 。平均总厚度为12.8 m，煤的工业品牌号为1/3焦煤。设计井田的可采储量为187.6Mt，服务年限为56a,划分两个水平开采。 本设计矿井采用双立井的开拓方式，集中大巷及采区石门的大巷布置方式。共划分10个采区，其中首采区为2个，投产工作面2个。大巷运输采用10t架线式电机车牵引5t底卸式矿车运输，采用的采煤方法为走向长壁采煤法，采煤工艺为综合机械化采煤工艺。顶板处理方法为全部跨落法。年工作日为330d，采用“三、八”式工作制，工作面长为175m，每刀进度为0.8m，每日割8刀。主井采用多绳摩擦箕斗提升，副井采用罐笼提升。 由于本人知识有限，缺乏一定的现场经验。因此，本设计中难免会出现一些问题，请各位专家老师不吝指正。 关键词: 水平 分组集中 走向长壁 Abstract The task of this design is to construct a 2.4million tons new shaft for Shuangyashan Ming Administration.This mine has five minable Coal Seam.They are 6#A、6#B、23#、34#and 45#.It’s average thickness is 12.8 meters, types of coal seam is 1/3 coking coal. Designed field of minable capacity is 187 million tons. It can adapt for 56years, and is divided into two level.
