According to the requirements of the design specification, a V - cutting saw for plastic window is designed which adopts pneumatic transmission．Through graduation post practice nearly two months in Nanyang Sheng Yuan mechanical and electrical LTD，the processing of plastic window in the whole production process and the incision of V processing method of plastic window are understood. According to the actual production requirements of Nanyang Sheng Yuan mechanical and electrical LTD, the general design scheme is determined. The cutting mechanism, industrial mechanism, pressing mechanism,and positioning mechanism as well as the design of other main parts are completed．This design is satisfied with high production efficiency, incision quality good, long service
