买文档后送图纸，QQ 194535455 摘　　要 机油泵是内燃机润滑系统的心脏，它的好坏直接影响内燃机的可靠性和耐久性。发动机工作时，机油泵将油底壳机油抽出并加压后排向润滑油道，提高机油压力，保证机油在润滑系统内不断循环。 本次设计的内容是车用发动机齿轮油泵的逆向设计，主要运用游标卡尺，千分尺等工具进行测量。在运用Pro/E进行立体建模，对机油泵的机构进行分析和了解，并进行从新的设计。在Pro/E立体建模后将所建立的模型各个零件即有这些零部件组成的装配模型导入AutoCAD中，进行标注。 在设计中选取的是金杯面包车上发动机的机油泵，该机油泵为齿轮形式。该种类的机油泵具有机构简单、加工方便、工作可靠、能产生较高压力等优点，因此得到广泛使用。 逆向设计是20世纪90年代才发展起来的，一种以先进产品设备的实物、样件、软件(包括图样、程序、技术文件等)或影像作为研究对象，应用现代设计方法学、生产工程学、材料学和有关专业知识进行系统分析和研究、探索掌握关键技术，进而开发出同类的更为先进的产品技术。 关键词: 发动机齿轮油泵、测量、Pro/E、AutoCAD、逆向设计 Abstract Oil pump is the heart of the internal combustion engine lubrication system, it will have a direct impact on the reliability of the internal combustion engine and durability.
