The purpose of TCM and WM is the same, which is to serve for human’s health. However, they reach it in different ways. There are big differences between them in the thinking patterns, including atomism vs holism in the theoretical basis, regression analysis vs treatment based on syndrome differentiation in the methodology, to cure vs to balance in the treatment goals, and antagonism vs harmony in the concept of treatment, etc. To understand the difference of philosophical thinking mode between TCM and WM is the premise of promoting the integration of the two. At the same time, to raise awareness and maintain a correct attitude, to change the way of thinking, to strengthen the research on basic theory, to promote the innovation in medical education and to raise a concept of the integrated medicine are also important to promote the integration of the philosophy thinking modes between TCM and WM, and to cultivate high-quality medical talents who combine TCM and WM. 【Keywords 】integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine; thinking pattern; division; integration  【摘  要】 中西医结合的最高境界就是要促使二者在思维模式上的整合，然而其又以厘清二者的分野为前提。 中西医学道本一体，都是为人类健康服务，但路分两途，在思维模式上存在着巨大分野，包括理论基础上的原子 论对整体观、方法论上的还原分析对辨证论治、治疗目标上的治愈论对平衡观以及治疗理念上的抗病论对调和观 等。了解中西医哲学思维模式的分野是促进中西医哲学思维模式整合的前提，同时要提高认识，端正态度，转变 思维方式，加强基础理论研究和推进医学教育创新，并在此基础上树立整合医学的观念，这样才能促进中西医哲 学思维模式的整合，从而培养出高素质的中西医结合医学人才。 【关键词】 中西医结合；思维模式；分野；整合 【中图号】 R2-031 【文献标识码】 A  中  医是中国优秀传统文化的结晶，西医是现代文 明的产物，二者的共同目标都是为维护
