买文档后送图纸，QQ 194535455 PLX1000双转子立轴细碎机外转子及壳体设计 摘 要： 本课题为水泥熟料磨前细碎设备的设计，主要介绍了PLX1000立轴双转子细碎机外转子及壳体部分设计的设计思路及详细设计步骤。第一步是破碎机的总体设计，主要对破碎机的传动原理及总体支撑进行设计。总体传动是对两个转子用两个电机分别带动，内转子高速旋转起到主要破碎作用，外转子低速相向转动，主要起到反击物料及筛分物料的作用。总体支撑利用一根中心主轴贯穿破碎机内部，两端支撑在上下支架上，内外转子则是空心半轴绕中心轴旋转，转子所受的冲击力和自身重力及物料重力等通过中心轴传递到支架上。第二步是外转子部件的设计。外转子起到反击和筛分物料的作用，反击板主要起到反击物料和使物料和物料进行石打石破碎的作用，筛板是筛分物料的主要零件，反击板和筛板是最容易磨损的零件。通过对反击板和筛板进行优化设计来提高其使用寿命，从而达到更好的破碎效率。 由于外转子内衬的线速度与颗粒的飞行速度相垂直，因而在碰撞瞬间会产生很大的剪切力，而剪切力对于脆性物料有很好的破碎效果，从而提高破碎机的破碎效率。由于外转子以一定速度旋转，因而会有一部分物料积存在反击板上，形成“料垫”，这样可以大量地减少单位产品中的铁耗。 关键词：破碎机；内转子；外转子；破碎效率 Design of PLX1000 double rotor vertical shaft in broken bits machine outsider rotor and shell Abstract: This project is the design of a Breaking machine which is used before breaking Cement clinker.
