本科毕业设计（论文） 制动器自动化生产车间布局与优化设计 学院名称 制造科学与工程学院 专业名称 工业工程 学生姓名 学号 指导教师 XX讲师 二〇一四年六月 制动器自动化生产车间布局与优化设计 摘要：布局问题具有广泛的应用背景，布局结果的好坏对整个行业生产的合理性、经济性、安全性等都有重大的影响。生产车间是制造系统的基本组成部分，直接承担着企业的加工、装配任务。所谓车间布置就是按照一定的原则，合理地确定车间内部各组成单位及工作地，设备之间的相互位置，从而使它们成为一个有机整体，实现车间的具体功能和任务。 一个优良的生产系统对于增强企业的竞争力来说是至关重要的，其中布局是一个重要的工作，这其中包括新系统的形成和对旧系统的改进。车间布局设计是制造系统设计的重要内容，车间布局的优劣直接决定着产品质量,生产效率和经济效益。因此，展开对制造系统的布局设计及优化问题的研究是必要和具有现实意义的。本文针对某液压制动器车间发展的需求和现状，在充分结合实际情况、经验教训、数据收集统计的前提下,运用SLP理论对生产车间予以重新规划布局。同时，运用生产线平衡理论和人因工程学等理论，对原生产线进行优化，并在此基础上发展新的生产线。 关键字：车间布局设计；SLP理论；生产线平衡；优化 Brake automated production workshop layout and optimization design Abstract：Layout problem has wide application background, the rationality of the layout result is good or bad for the industry production, economy, security and so on all have a significant impact. Production workshop is an essential part of the manufacturing system, directly take the processing and assembly tasks of the enterprise. The so-called plant layout is in accordance with certain principles, reasonably determine the mutual position of the components inside the workshop and work units, the devices, so that they become an organic whole, to achieve specific functions and tasks of the workshop. An excellent production system for enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises is essential, where the layout is an important work, which includes the formation of new systems and improved the old system. The design of workshop layout is an important part of manufacturing system design, the layout of the workshop directly determines the quality of products, production efficiency and economic benefits. Therefore, expand and optimize the layout of the manufacturing system design problems with research is necessary and practical significance.
