买文档后送图纸，QQ 194535455 题 目 车身点焊焊接工艺的关键技术研究 学 校： 南昌大学 学 院： 专 业： 班 级： 学 号： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 起讫日期： 2014-02-28~2014-05-20  车身点焊焊接工艺的关键技术研究 摘 要 随着我国汽车工业的急速发展，点焊作为焊接技术的重要分支已经成为汽车车身装配的主要连接方法。本文主要阐述了车身点焊工艺的关键技术，论述了车身在不同材料下点焊工艺的关键技术运用。主要以低碳钢板，镀锌板，铝合金、镁合金车身的点焊工艺为范例，介绍车身生产中采用的点焊技术及其在不同材料的情况下选取不同技术的要求。并且对于近几年点焊技术的发展以及新兴的关键技术作了介绍，说明了点焊技术在我国汽车工业领域中的重要地位。 关键词： 点焊工艺 汽车工业 电阻点焊  The key technology research to the spot welding of car body Abstract With the rapid development of Chinas automobile industry, as an important branch of soldering ,spot welding technology has become the main method of connecting car body assembly.This paper describes the key technologies of the car body welding process, discusses the key technologies used in the body under the welding process different materials.Mainly in the low-carbon steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum, magnesium alloy body welding process as an example to introduce the body used in the production of welding technology and select a different technique in the case of different materials requirements.And we also introduce the development of key technologies and emerging technologies in recent years,then we can understand spot welding plays an important role of technology in the automotive industry in China.
