乡就业打通城乡间社会保障制度通道，降低城市社会保障“门槛”等等，提出 了逐步向一元化社会保障过渡的一些措施与想法。第六部分探讨对二元经济结 构下改进城市农民工社会保障的对策。通过对国外解决城市农民工社会保障问 题经验介绍，给我们建立与解决农民工社保问题带来新的启示，并提出了创建 城乡街接的农民工社会保障体系构想与实现城乡衔接、向一元化社保体系过渡 的条件与机制及合理的操作管理模式。  【关键词】 二元经济  农民工  2  社会保障 Abstract Due to dual economy, in our country, we built the difficult social security system between the city and the countryside. At the present, with the improvement of the urbanization, it is changed very necessary to build the joint rural and urban social security system. Farmer labors are the new constructive factor in the social transformation in China and the corolla
