精品机械毕业设计 答辩CAD图纸资料 优秀通过答辩 摘 要 毕业设计作为大学学习最后阶段的教学环节，是对我们四年来理论和实践学习的一次全面、整体、深刻的校验，也是我首次系统地将理论知识应用到工程实际中的一次考验。 机械工业担负着装备国民经济各个部门的重任。在改革开放过程中，机械工业又将要发挥重要的作用，为此提高机械工业的产品质量、提高经济效益迫在眉睫。 本设计说明书中所涉及的是铸铁机一种——滚轮移动式铸铁机。主要内容有铸铁机的工作原理，主要零件的设计，铸铁机链带受力分析。 铁水从高炉中出来后，为了解决运输及储存问题而使用的一个将液态铁水铸成小块铸铁块的机械。 在设计过程中，实地考察了实习工厂的设备，并借阅了大量的工厂的实际图纸，也参阅了大量的关于矫直机的资料，进行了反复的比较，取长补短，从而完成了自己的毕业设计。 进行大规模的整机的设计，对我个人来说，尚属首次，加之经验不足，知识缺乏，所以在设计中难免会出现错误和考虑不到的地方，我衷心的恳请各位老师给予批评和指正。谢谢。 Abstract The graduation design as the university teaching in the final stages of learning, is our four years learning the theory and practice of a comprehensive, overall, deep check, I also systematically for the first time the test is applied to the practical knowledge of Engineering theory. The main contents are the principle of cast iron machine, design of the main parts, force analysis chain cast iron machine.
