精品机械毕业设计 答辩CAD图纸资料 优秀通过答辩 摘 要 本次毕业设计的题目是摩擦式离合器的三维设计，选定的研究对象是CA6140车床上的双向多片离合器，双向多片离合器具有控制主轴正转，主轴反转，主轴停止的功能。本次设计的主要内容：学习关于CA6140的相关知识。CA6140车床是一种机械结构比较复杂而电气系统简单的机电设备，是用来进行车削加工的机床。掌握双向多片离合器的结构以及工作原理。双向多片摩擦离合器装在1轴上，离合器由内摩擦片、外摩擦片、双联齿轮、花键滑套、空套齿轮等组成。当双向多片离合器的滑套左移时，左边的摩擦片压紧，左边离合器接通，1轴的运动通过离合器的左端传给双联齿轮，使主轴正转。当双向多片离合器的滑套右移时，右边的摩擦片压紧，右边离合器接通，1轴的运动通过离合器的右端传给空套齿轮，使主轴反转。当双向多片离合器的滑套位于中间位置时，左、右离合器都脱开，主轴停止转动。掌握了离合器的原理后，进行测绘双向多片离合器的尺寸。根据测绘尺寸，制作三维模型的零件模型以及装配。得到三维装配体后进行动画制作。 关键词：离合器；机床；三维动画 Three dimensional design of friction clutch Abstract The graduation design topic is three dimensional design friction clutch.The research object is selected the two-way more pieces of friction clutch of CA6140 lathe,two-way more pieces of friction clutch can control spindle turning , spindle reversal , spindle design of the main content:Learning knowledge about CA6140.CA6140 lathe is equipment that mechanical structure is complex and electrical system is simple.CA6140 is used for machining.
