精品机械毕业设计 答辩CAD图纸资料 优秀通过答辩 摘 要 管螺纹套丝机是目前加工管螺纹简单且效率高的螺纹加工设备。针对管接头1/4英寸管螺纹的特点，本设计采用了低速、小体积的卧式套丝机结构，通过主轴反转退刀，夹具快速装卸满足专用机床的要求。套丝完成后，只需用手轻转进刀手轮即可进行下次加工，大大的降低了劳动强度。 本套丝机通过运用带轮传动来实现过载保护，运用齿轮传动保证传动的平稳性以实现主轴稳定的转速，且本设计采用单一转速针对1/4英寸管螺纹的加工，省去很多不必要的零件，很大程度上降低了成本，并且减少了机身重量与体积，使生产地点扩大化，同时操作简单也降低了加工工件的成本。 本设计采用左右活动箱体，组装方便快捷，且利于拆卸维修，解决许多安装不便的问题，但是拆卸箱体后组装时要注意箱体的密封，否则会导致漏油或者灰尘杂物进入箱体，影响加工精度和使用寿命。 关键词：管螺纹套丝机、卧式、1/4英寸、专用、快速装卸、劳动强度、过载 重量、体积、维修、密封、精度、使用寿命 summary Pipe thread of silk machine is currently processing pipe thread simple and high efficiency of the threaded processing equipment.
