Abstract: The principle and system design of DOAS indicated the system could monitor multi-gas from UV
wavelength to IRwavelength. After a series of test and identification from TBV, theDOAS system had proven to
have a good performance on continuous emissionmonitoring in stationary pollution source andwaste incineration,
especially tomonitorHg, HCl, NH andHF. The DOAS system couldmonitor different concentrationsofprocess

gaswith severalpathsusing one analyzerandworkwellwherewascorrosive, high temperature andhigh leveldust,
whichmade it possible tomonitor progressgases. The system also couldmonitordifferentconcentrationsof gases in
differentplaces. No extract sample system, faster response speed, multi-component andmulti-pathmonitoring by
one analyzer laid foundation for theDOAS a good competit
