This paper analyzes how to integrate organiza tional succession in cluster supply chain and logisticalpark according to the logistical features of organizational succes sion in cluster supply chain, and puts forward three integratedmodels. M eanwhile, through the case study of IT industry in Suzhou, the logistical evolving regulation of organizational succession in cluster supply chain is explored, and some relevant conclusions and suggestions are drawn at last.
