23 1 Vol.23 No.1 2007 1 Power System Engineering Jan., 2007 1005-006X(2007)01-0022-03 HR-4 4 CaO-SiO -Al O CaO-SiO -Al O 2 2 3 2 2 3 CaO-SiO -Al O 2 2 3 CaO TQ533 A An Experiment Study on Ash Fusibility under Weak Deoxidation Atmosphere and Oxidation Atmosphere CHEN Long, ZHANG Zhong-xiao, WU Xiao-jiang, CHEN Guo-yan Abstract: Using HR-4, the coal ash–fusion temperatures of four ashes, i.e. Fugu, Lutian, Baoyan and Baoyi are tested under different atmospheres; then the experiment results are analyzed with the CaO-SiO -Al O ternary phasic chats. It is 2 2 3 shown that the values predicted by the CaO-SiO -Al O ternary phasic chat are higher than the experimental datum as the 2 2 3 other mineral components are ignored under weak deoxidation atmosphere.The values predicted by the CaO-SiO -Al O 2 2 3 are closer to experimental datum and the higher content of the CaO component, the accurater of the prediction under oxidation atmosphere.
