The effects of environmental factors on the sperm motilitywere also investigated by setting different gradients of salinity, pH and temperature. The sperm of Cy clina s inensis is peppershaped, w ith a slight curve on the headwhich consists of a conical acrosome and a columnar nucleus. The acrosome is about 0. 8m in length, w ith equally distributedmaterials in it.
