摘 要
改革开放以来,我国的民营企业和外贸企业得到了迅猛的发展,尤其在临沂地区,民营企业在国民生产总值中占了很大一部分比重。但是随着零八年美国次贷危机以来,我国的民营外贸企业开始萧条。而在当今知识经济时代,企业之间的竞争归根结底现为人力资源的竞争。人力资源管理中存在的问题越来越成为企业特别是一些民营企业发展的瓶颈。外贸企业经营状况的好坏,人占了绝大部分因素。但是由于民营外贸企业通常规模比较小,收入低、人才成长环境差等因素,引进并留住人才成了一大难题。人才匮乏成了民营外贸企业可持续发展面临的首要问题。文章对民营外贸企业人力资源管理的的现状进行研究和分析,找出民营外贸企业人力资源管理方面存在的问题,最后对人力资源管理遇到的问题提供一些建议。以希望对解决当前外贸企业的寒冬能够有些帮助。

ABSTRACT
From the reform and opening up of our country , the private enterprises and the foreign trade enterprises have achieved rapid progress . Linyi city is one of the most eyecatching districts . The private enterprises have always played an important part in the GDP. But since the US subprime crisis of 2008 , languishment has appeared among our private enterprises and foreign trade enterprises . However , the competition between the enterprises nowadays all come down to the human resources competition especially in this period called The Knowledge Economy Age . The problems of human management have played a more and more serious impact on the development of enterprises especially on the development of private enterprises and foreign trade enterprises . On the other hand , too small scale ,low incomes , no promising future do exist among private enterprises and foreign trade enterprises . So it is usually hard to retain the talented staffs . If they want better development , this problem must be solved at first . In this thesis , we are going to study and analyze the problem of human resources management among private enterprises and foreign trade enterprises . We will try hard to find out the true reason behind this phenomenon and provide some useful suggestions , hoping to help the private enterprises and foreign trade survive th
