企业的筹资风险 摘 要 企业在筹资、投资和各个生产经营环节无一不承担一定程度的风险，筹资活动是企业生产经营活动的起点，一般企业为了投建、扩建、提高经济效益而进行筹资活动。然而，市场经济变幻莫测，企业竞争日趋激烈，这都有可能导致企业管理失误或者决策不当，从而使企业筹集来的资金的使用效率具有很大的不确定性，由此产生了筹资风险。若不利用有效的防范措施对筹资风险进行规避，企业将承担的后果的严重性可能是难以想象的。 本文首先从基本概念入手，对筹资和筹资风险的基本概念、筹资方式的分类、筹资环境以及筹资风险的种类进行了概述；其次通过对风险种类的划分引入到筹资风险的生成原因，对筹资风险生成原因的内外两个方面进行了进一步的阐述；然后具体介绍如何识别与计量筹资风险；最后，将系统论述如何对企业的筹资风险进行有效防范。 关键词：企业筹资；筹资风险；风险防范 Abstract Enterprises in financing, investment and all aspects of production and management are all bear a certain degree of risk.
