This paper analyses the domestic and Baotou real estate market through the investigation, according to market research results, the actual situation of the project, the developers assume and related city residential district planning requirements, the project planning and design of the project, and the project technology, economy and so on, finally, the plots of land development projects throughout the investment during the period, the financial internal rate of return is greater than the benchmark rate of return, financially viable; through sensitivity analysis, break-even analysis, probability analysis, the ability to resist risks, the project is feasible.
